1. Purpose and Scope

This AI Glow Check Disclaimer explains the nature, limitations, risks and user responsibilities associated with the AI Glow Check feature provided by FlyToGlow.

AI Glow Check uses automated image analysis, questionnaire inputs, user-selected skin concerns, user profile information and other information you voluntarily provide to generate a preliminary, non-diagnostic skin-related output. The feature is designed to support user education and service navigation, including helping you understand general treatment categories and locate independent Partner Clinics. It is not designed to diagnose disease, determine medical eligibility, prescribe treatment or replace a doctor.

2. No Medical Advice, Diagnosis or Treatment

AI Glow Check is not medical advice. Its output does not constitute a diagnosis, clinical assessment, prescription, professional opinion, medical instruction, or a representation that any treatment is appropriate, safe, necessary or effective for you. Only a licensed medical professional may evaluate whether you are suitable for any procedure, product, medication, device, injection, laser treatment, lifting treatment, dermatological treatment or other medical or aesthetic intervention.

• Do not start, stop, delay or change medical treatment based on AI Glow Check output.
• Do not rely on AI Glow Check to evaluate urgent symptoms, infections, allergic reactions, severe pain, burns, bleeding, suspicious lesions or other potentially serious conditions.
• Do not treat AI Glow Check output as confirmation that any procedure is medically safe or appropriate for you.

3. Not an Emergency Service

AI Glow Check is not intended for emergency use and is not monitored as an emergency communication channel. If you experience urgent symptoms, seek immediate care from local emergency services, a hospital or an appropriate licensed healthcare professional. FlyToGlow cannot triage, treat or respond to medical emergencies.

4. Technology and Accuracy Limitations

AI systems can make mistakes. AI Glow Check may generate incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable or misleading results. Accuracy may be affected by image quality, lighting, makeup, filters, camera settings, compression, the information you provide, skin tone, scars, active irritation, recent procedures, medications and other factors the system may not detect or interpret correctly.

AI Glow Check may not identify medical conditions, contraindications, allergies, pregnancy, immune conditions, medication interactions, infection risks, psychological factors or other clinically relevant issues. In particular:

• the output may overstate or understate skin concerns;
• the output may suggest categories that are not appropriate for you;
• the output may fail to identify a risk that a doctor would consider important; and
• the output may reflect limitations in training data, image conditions or model design.

5. Your Responsibilities When Uploading

You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information. FlyToGlow is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, altered, misleading or outdated inputs.

• Do not upload images of another person without lawful authority and that person’s consent.
• Do not upload images of minors.
• Do not upload images containing nudity, intimate body areas, unrelated people, identity documents, financial information or unnecessary personal information.
• Do not use heavy filters, beauty effects, skin-smoothing apps or edited images if you want a useful result.
• Do not use AI Glow Check where immediate medical assessment is needed.

6. Facial Images, Skin Information and Privacy

AI Glow Check involves processing facial images, skin-related information, user-selected concerns, appointment preferences and other personal data. Some of this information may be sensitive depending on applicable privacy law and context. The collection, use, disclosure, retention, deletion, security, cross-border transfer and user rights relating to personal data are described in the FlyToGlow Privacy Policy, which you should read before using AI Glow Check.

We do not use identifiable facial images for advertising, public before-and-after galleries or unrelated AI model training without your separate, explicit consent. If we introduce a model-improvement or research use in the future, we will provide a separate notice and, where required, request your consent.

7. Automated Processing and Human Review

AI Glow Check involves automated processing, but it is not used as the sole basis for any decision that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on you, such as a final decision to provide or deny medical treatment. Partner Clinics must conduct their own consultation, assessment, informed-consent process and clinical decision-making before any treatment, and must not rely solely on AI Glow Check output when evaluating a patient.

8. Partner Clinics and Medical Consultation

Partner Clinics are independent medical institutions. They are not employees, agents or medical departments of FlyToGlow. The clinic, doctor or other licensed medical professional remains responsible for medical consultation, diagnosis, suitability assessment, treatment planning, informed consent, performance of procedures, prescriptions, aftercare and clinical outcomes.

AI Glow Check output may be shared with a Partner Clinic you select, where necessary for booking, consultation or service preparation, subject to the Privacy Policy and your choices. The clinic may reject, modify or disregard the output based on its professional judgment.

9. No Guarantee of Results or Suitability

FlyToGlow does not guarantee that use of AI Glow Check will lead to a booking, consultation, treatment, medical improvement, cosmetic improvement, user satisfaction, specific price, specific doctor or specific result. Aesthetic and medical outcomes vary depending on individual anatomy, skin type, age, medical history, lifestyle, procedure choice, practitioner skill, aftercare and other factors outside FlyToGlow’s control.

10. Contraindications and Health Conditions

Certain procedures may be unsuitable for people with particular medical histories, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, medications, implanted devices, active infections, skin diseases, immune conditions, bleeding disorders, keloid tendency, recent cosmetic procedures or other factors. AI Glow Check may not detect these issues.

You must disclose relevant health information directly to the Partner Clinic and answer clinic intake questions truthfully. Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of harm, refusal of treatment, cancellation or additional costs.

11. Geographic and Regulatory Limitations

FlyToGlow is operated by a Singapore company and connects users with Partner Clinics primarily in the Republic of Korea. Certain patient-introduction activities in Korea may be performed through FlyToGlow’s Korean affiliate registered as a foreign patient attraction agency where required by Korean law. You may access the Service from other jurisdictions, but laws vary by country, and you are responsible for understanding whether your use of the Service is lawful in your location. Availability of AI Glow Check in particular markets may depend on local legal requirements.

12. Regulatory Status

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate regulatory notice, AI Glow Check is provided as a non-diagnostic, informational and service-navigation feature. It is not an approved medical device, diagnostic device, clinical decision-support device or regulated therapeutic product, and we do not market it as diagnosing disease, determining medical eligibility, predicting clinical outcomes or replacing physician judgment.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AI Glow Check for unlawful, unsafe, deceptive or abusive purposes, including:

• diagnosis or self-treatment of medical conditions;
• emergency evaluation or triage;
• use by or for minors;
• uploading third-party images without consent;
• reverse engineering, scraping, model extraction, unauthorised security testing or automated abuse; and
• harassing, discriminating against, shaming or making harmful judgments about another person.

14. No Warranties

AI Glow Check is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyToGlow disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability and suitability for any medical, cosmetic or personal objective. FlyToGlow does not warrant that AI Glow Check will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, free from harmful code, or compatible with every device, browser, image format or user condition.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlyToGlow is not liable for decisions made by users, Partner Clinics or third parties based on AI Glow Check output, and is not liable for medical outcomes, cosmetic dissatisfaction, travel losses, indirect losses, lost opportunities, lost profits, reputational harm, emotional distress or consequential damages arising from use of AI Glow Check. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or limits your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

16. Your Acknowledgement

By using AI Glow Check, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Disclaimer, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and in particular that:

• AI Glow Check is informational only and not medical advice;
• the output may be inaccurate or incomplete;
• a licensed medical professional must make all clinical decisions;
• your uploaded images and related information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy; and
• you remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical care and providing accurate information.

17. Updates to This Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in the AI Glow Check feature, legal requirements, privacy practices, partner arrangements or operations. Material changes will be notified through the website, app, email or another reasonable method. Continued use of AI Glow Check after the effective date of an updated Disclaimer constitutes acceptance, except where separate consent is required by law.
